Wow, this meditation is profound. I have a yogi friend who sent me an email last week saying that there was a big energy surge in the universe on 4/15. Not knowing what that really meant, I ignored it. But I had a profound realization during my meditation last week where I really felt the mask breaking. I found a story that was a key to unlocking what was holding me back in my life. No small thing. And like in White Tantric Yoga, this realization has really switched this issue - things are really different now. I think the page is turned for good. I am so grateful. Oh, and this happened on 4/15!
